Auguste-Armand of the Force

Auguste-Armand-Nompar de Caumont, duke of the Force , born with Dieppe the August 18th 1878 and died in Saint-Aubin-with-Locquenay the October 3rd 1961, was a Historien French.

Specialist in the 17th century, itself going down from the family of Caumont of the Force of which he will report the ten centuries of history, the work of historian of Auguste-Armand of the Force allowed him to reconstitute events to which to share its ancestors had taken. He was elected with the French Academy the November 19th 1925.
