Auger de Moléon Granier
Auger de Moléon Granier (v. 1600 - after 1652) is a French man of letters.
One knows very few things of him, if it is not that it is originating in the Bresse and would have been ecclesiastic. He published new manuscripts, among which Memories of the roine Marguerite and Letters of Lord of Paul de Foix, archevesque of Toloze and ambassador for the roy near the pope Gregoire XIII, escrites with the king Henry III in 1628. The authenticity of these last was questioned. Elected official member of the French Academy in September 1635, it is accused of money diversion and is expelled six months later.
