Recent evolution of the line

Since 2006, this train knew many problems recently:

  • on February 25th, 2006, it runs off the line between Neussargues and Saint-Flour, causing the interruption of the traffic during three weeks
  • on March 8th, 2007, circulation was temporarily stopped between Neussargues and Saint-Chély-with Apcher. It is from now on réouverte.
  • on the Line of the Causses (Neussargues - Béziers), maximum speed generally lies between 60 and 90 km/h because of the bad condition of the way.

This train will be replaced by a train Corail Téoz at the horizon 2008 between Paris and Clermont-Ferrand, with correspondence with Clermont for Beziers. A breaking bulk is already imposed to the travellers in station of Clermont and Neussargues.
