Aubert Lemeland
Aubert Lemeland is a Compositeur French born with $the Hague - of-Well in the Manche, the December 19th 1932.
Final member of SACEM since 1987, it obtained the Grand Prix of the disc of the Académie Charles-Cross-country race in 1995 and a Tuning fork of Gold in 1998.
Enthusiast of the great forms of the music, Aubert Lemeland wrote to date more than two hundred numbers of opus: ten symphonies made up between 1975 and 2004, about fifteen concertos (including four for violin), of the cycles for voice and orchestra of which most known are Airmen (dedicated to Jules Roy), Time Landscapes , Songs for the dead Soldiers , one season the other (written for Renee Fleming), a first opera represented eleven times in Switzerland in 1995, the Letter with the red seal . He answered and government orders Radio-France.
The critic greeted in him the great return of the melody, the refined harmonic direction of her music, a glowing orchestration and a natural ease in the writing for the voices. Among its preferred type-setters, it quotes Sibelius, Chostakovitch, Prokofiev, Samuel Barber, Aaron Copland and Charles Ives; it dedicates a worship very particular to Benjamin Britten and John Adams.
Prestigious chiefs were its interpreters: Michel Plasson with the National orchestra of Capitole of Toulouse, Marc Tardue with Oporto, Jose Sérébrier, David Coleman, Jacques Draper (National orchestra of Ile-de-France); and of the soloists of reputation: Carole Farley (Soprano), Jean Dupouy (viola), Martine Géliot (Toothing-stone), Marie-Annick Nicolas (Violin, price Queen Elizabeth of Belgium), Pascal Amoyel and Jean-Pierre Férey (Piano), the Philharmonic orchestra of Radio France, the Concerts Column, the Orchestra of the Republican guard, Chorus of the French Army…
Among the many recordings (CD “Skarbo”) of its recent works are detached:
