Attack of Dolphinarium of Tel Aviv
The attack of Dolphinarium is a Attack-suicide perpetrated on June 1st 2001 at the entry of the Discothèque of the Dolphinarium of Tel Aviv. This attack was asserted initially by the Islamic Jihad Palestinian, then by a group giving itself the name of Hezbollah-Palestine, before the two groups do not retract in their claims.
Context
This attack took place during the the Second Intifada.
The Kamikaze, Saïd Khutari, 22 years old, was interfered with crowd teenagers who waited in front of the entry, and exploded his bomb. 21 Israelis, among whom 16 teenagers, were killed and 120 others were seriously wounded. The teenagers who were killed were, for the majority, of the immigrants of Russia and Ukraine.
This attack particularly marked the spirits, in Israel as in Diaspora.
In reaction to this attack, Hassan Nasrallah, the general secretary of the Hezbollah, would have congratulated the persons in charge of the Islamic Djihad for this attack
