Atriaux
The atriaux are a speciality Culinaire Suisse of the cantons of Vaud and Freiburg.
The atriaux ones are composed of hâchée Viande of Porc fresh, of Foie of hâché pig, Persil and spice S, the whole worked in pellets and packed in a Crépine of pig. The atriaux ones are roasted with the frying pan and serve with a juice with the white Wine.
