Atlas Aircraft Corporation

The company Atlas Aircraft Corporation was a aeronautical Constructeur based in South Africa, founded in 1965 and repurchased in 1992 by Denel Aviation , division of Denel Aerospace Systems.

Atlas built:

• Impala Mk I and Mk II (Italian plane Aermacchi MB-326 licensed product)
• Cheetah (version locally improved of the Mirage III French)
• a version armed with the helicopter Puma of French origin
