Asterix
Hâpi (or Hapi) is a protective divinity of the lungs of deaths. She is represented with a head of baboon. She is one of the four anthropomorphic funerary geniuses called the Fils of Horus . They had the role of keeping the internal organs of the body of the late one. Starting from the end of, the stoppers of the vases canopes are modelled with the image of the divinities who keep them. The vase canope, which contains the lungs protected by Hâpi, has a lid which represents a head of baboon. So that the capacity is achieved and that it protects the momifiés bodies, this genius must be associated with a goddess and a cardinal point. For Hâpi it is the goddess Nephthys and north.
