Astataïon or the Feast of dead the is a Film, in black and white, of Fernand Dansereau produces in 1965. The film is inspired by the Relations of the Jesuits, the accounts of the missionaries who constitute a single information source on the history of the beginnings of the News-France. .
Synopsis
In 1638, a group of missionaries Jesuits is captured by the Huron and death threat. In front of the prospect sinks to die, young person of the missionaries wonders, during the night, about its action and its apostolic engagement.
