The Association to defend the memory of the marshal Pétain (ADMP) is a French association created in 1951 pennies the high patronage of the general Weygand. It succeeded at a committee (French Academy).
The first president of the ADMP was the Héring general and the committee of honor included/understood in particular the academicians Henry Bordeaux, Louis Madelin, Claude Farrère, Jerome Tharaud, the generals Charles Brécard, Dufieux, of Harcourt, Lafont, Joseph of the Door of Theil, Laure, Pujo, Serrigny, just as of the personalities such as Gaston Bergery, Jean Borotra, Jerome Carcopino, Pierre-Etienne Flandin, Daniel Halevy, Henry Lemery, Henri Massis, Pierre Mauriac, François Pietri, Pierre Taittinger , Jacques Isorni, Gilbert Renault (colonel Rémy).
The principal body of association is the Marshal . To this publication, in 1972, is added the Voice of the Marshal .
Located at Paris, the ADMP exists and continuous always today to militate for the revision of the lawsuit of 1945. Since 2000, it is chaired by Jacques Groignec.
