The association of the students of the high Swiss schools (AES) is one of both ridge associations of the students in Switzerland, with the Union of the coeds of Switzerland (ONES).

It was created in 2003 by associations of students of the Université of Saint-Gall, ETHZ and FPSL.

Members

VSETH

The Association of the Students of the Polytechnic school of Zurich (ETHZ) is strong approximately 11 ' 000 members. It manages various associations of students of the ETHZ and coordinates their activities. Moreover, it represents the students with respect to the Management of the School.

SHSG

The association of the students of the University of Saint-Gall account 5 ' 000 members, including 100 active people all the year. It maintains an open dialog with the students and defends their interests near the authorities of the University.

The AGEPoly

Representing more than 6000 students, the General association of the Students of FPSL counts nearly 150 active people within 12 commissions. Its three fields of engagements are animation, the services with the students like their representation.

Each association member is seen allotting a voice per a thousand of students whom it represents in the assembly of the delegates. The assembly of the delegates, which elects in particular the committee, makes her decisions by the double majority of the votes of delegated and the number of associations. Elected for one one year period, the committee is the executive body of association.
