Association of the Engineers into Climatic, Ventilation and Cold

The Association of the Engineers into Climatic, Ventilation and Cold or AICVF , is an association with nonlucrative goal, governed by the law of 1901, association works towards only one end of general interest. Created in 1910, the AICVF gathers more than 2000 individual members, and a hundred members moral persons.

Mission

Its objectives are of:

  • To contribute to the scientific, technical and technological development of industries of the heating, ventilation, the air conditioning, the cold and the regulation, as well as their related branches which contribute, in the respect of the environment, with the control of the écoclimats.
  • To ensure information, the training and the improvement of its members, in particular by the edition of the bimonthly review CVC: Heating, ventilation, air conditioning.
  • To contribute to the increase in the energy performance of the buildings.
  • To maintain the friendly relations between its members, to come to them to assistance while seeking and in their making known the situations and employment to which they can aspire…

Organization

The AICVF is directed by a board of directors of 24 elected members. The council is chaired by Bertrand Montmoreau.

Work is undertaken within 17 regional groups and of 4 national committees.
