In India, its regular reports/ratios on the rural regions and isolated increased and significantly encouraged the follow-up and the monitoring of the cases of VIH/SIDA. In Brazil, it is one of five ONG composing the National council of the VIH/SIDA (a technical advisory counsel created to facilitate the design and the application of the national policy). In Uganda, strong of more than one decade of experiment on the ground, the AFXB highlighted the need for a policy and a structure to support the vulnerable orphans and children (OEV). Moreover, the program of the AFXB in Uganda was indicated as being a national model for the study of the best practices of support of the OEV.
For FXB, these actions carried out illustrate without question the good performances which can be obtained when one endeavors to reinstate the orphans in their company and by supporting the communities which accommodate them. ONG also considers that it is possible to fight this plague effectively and to raise this million orphans of the AIDS and other vulnerable children, in the only condition which the response is supported by a political will of great scale. It is to this end that it took the initiative to create a world coalition of solidarity by initiating on May 7th - world Journée of the orphans of the AIDS”
