History
Caldense was founded the September 7th 1925 with Poços de Caldas, by Fosco Pardini and João de Moura Gavião, this last having been a dissenting member of another local team, Football Caldense Club.In 1928, Associação Atlética Caldense and Gambrinus Futebol Clube amalgamated together to form the current club.
