The Assistance system with Control, the Exploitation and Maintenance , in summary SACEM , is a device of indication in cabin equipping the oars with the RER has Paris IEN; it functions mainly on the central section of the line, between the halts of Nanterre-Prefecture and Vincennes.

SACEM comprises a certain number of transmitters of information in the form of granted loops placed under the ways, for each elementary division or canton . Indeed, this system bases on mobile cantons, making it possible to pass from 105 to 90 seconds between each oar in station, equivalent to the 2 minutes passage 30 to 2 minutes in tunnel.
