Assidat zgougou
The assidat zgougou is a Dessert Tunisia N often prepared at the time of the mouled.
It is about a cream made starting from pinions of Pin of Alep. The latter are cleaned then crushed and cooked in water until boiling, thus giving a cream of brown color.
This cream is versed in bowls and covered with cream serves (containing Lait, of Farine, Sucre and a little Essence of flower of orange tree) then of Amande S, small Bonbon S or crushed pinions.
