Assesse is a common French-speaking of Belgium located in Walloon region in the Province of Namur.
It covers a surface of 78,73 km ² and counted 6086 inhabitants in January 2002 (3050 men and 3036 women). The density was of 77,30 inhabitants per km ².
Assess is girdled by two rivers, the Bocq and the Samson, two affluents of the Meuse, like by two road ways expresses, N4 (Namur - Marche) and E411 (Brussels - Luxembourg).
