Assermentation
A assermentation or service of Serment is the solemn promise which a person makes before undertaking the tasks inherent in a certain load or function, usually within a Gouvernement, of a capacity Législatif, of a legal authority , in an order or groups religious, certain civils servant, soldiers or health workforces. These oaths are generally necessary by law of the State or the payments of the institution before the person cannot exert the tasks and powers of her load. The assermentation can be held in the form of a ceremony of Investiture, of a Sacre, a establishment, or of any other ceremony relating to the taking of, it can also take place in deprived and in certain cases, to be repeated then in public.
Certain oaths are a declaration of Loyauté towards the Constitution or other texts legal, or towards a person holding another load or function (for example to lend oath to defend the constitution of a State or honesty towards the King). According to the laws of the State, to betray the marked oath can be regarded a Crime and in certain cases as an act of high treason.
