Assen
Assen is a city, a commune and the capital of the province Dutchwoman of Drenthe. Assen is in the north of the Netherlands in the south of the town of Groningue. The surface of the commune of Assen is of 89 km ² and the city has 62.857 inhabitants (given of June 1st 2005).
Assen is known for its Grand Prix motor bike, held the troisème Saturday of June on TT Circuit Assen.
