Asclépiade de Bithynie is a Médecin, Physicien and Greek Philosophe native of Prussia in Bithynie, which is established with Rome at second century BC, there obtained very great successes, and died there towards 90 av. J. - C.

It simplified medicine, recommended fresh water and the diet and proposed to cure surely, promptly and agreeably. It had as a disciple Thémison, chief of the Méthodistes. II remainder of him some fragments quoted in Aétius.
