Articulation acromio-claviculaire
The articulation acromio-claviculaire connects the Acromion and the Clavicule. It is of type plane and synovial, and contains a Ménisque. The whole of the synovial liquid, the synovial membrane and the articular meniscus is contained in an articular capsule.
Ligaments
-
Ligament acromio-claviculaire : reinforce the superior part of the capsule.CONSTITUE BY 2 PLAN: MAJOR PLAN: It IS a THICKENING OF the CAPSULE, AND a SURFACE PLAN: INDEPENDENT OF the CAPSULE
- Ligament coraco-claviculaire : composed of two faiseaux: the ligament conoïde (postéro-médial, triangular) and the trapezoidal ligament (antéro-side, trapezoidal).
Luxation acromio-claviculaire
There exist several stages of luxation acromio-claviculaire .- Stage 1: simple distorsion, connection partial of the ligaments without instability of the clavicle.
- Stage 2: the ligaments acromio-claviculaires slack but are not broken. Discrete mobility of the clavicle in " touches piano " (vertical mobility), without any antéro-posterior mobility.
- Stage 3: complete luxation of the ligaments acromio-claviculaires and coraco-claviculaires . Visible deformation of the shoulder with important projection of the external end of the clavicle, which one can reduce not simple pressure (" touches piano "). There exists also an abnormal antero-posterior mobility.
- Stage 4: idem at the stage 3 with a rupture of the cap delto-trapézienne.
