Arthur Xavier Ducellier

Arthur-Xavier Ducellier (born on September 1st 1832 with Soliers, Calvados - died the June 29th 1893 with Besancon, Doubs) was a French monk of the 19th century, which was bishop of Bayonne, then archbishop of Besancon.
