Arthur Chuquet
Arthur Maxime Chuquet , born with Rocroi in 1853 and died in 1925, is a French historian, specialist in Germany and revolutionary and Napoleonean period.
Normalien, he is professor of German literature to the National university. He is publication director of the critical Revue of history and the literature of 1888 with 1924. He is titular pulpit of Languages and literatures of Germanic origin to the Collège de France starting from 1893 and he is elected member of the Academy of Science morals and political in 1900.
