62000 Arras |} Arras Football is a French club of founded Football in 1901 under the name of Racing Club of Arras. The club absorbs US Western Arras (created in 1969) in 1997 and adopts the name of Arras Football. The club of president Philippe Thellier evolves/moves this season in Championnat of France Amateurs 2.

History

Under the impulse of president Michel the Brabant, the club evolved/moved with a professional statute between 1936 and 1939. Arras then removes the title of championship of France of professional D3 in 1937 and reaches in D2 (2 seasons in 1937-1938 and 1938-1939). The track records end with the release of the Second world war (participation in the championship of the 1st division in 1939-1940 in the Northern zone). In 1972, date of the inauguration of the stage Degouve, the club reaches the 3rd division, and will remain there during 7 years. One of these players emblematic was François Gomis who was the appointed striker of the team during this period.

Since the Eighties, the club stagnated in various levels of regional championship (Promotion Honor or Division Honor).

Finally, it was at the end of the season 2003-2004 of the championship of Division Honor, that Arras Football finds the national level, in fact the Championship of France Amateur 2.

For its first season in 2004-2005, the club finishes in the 13th place, then the 2 following seasons respectively 4th and 5th.

In May 2007, the leaders arrageois organized one evening to propose a plan over two years (2008-2010), with like triptych " To educate To structure Réussir". The goal acknowledged being to bring and perennialize the club of Arras Football Association in CFA and a little further towards the National Championship.

This season, after three years of training and stored experiment, the objective will be the rise with the upper floor in CFA.
