Armorial of the Polish Nobility
The Polish Noblesse owes its origin with the Clan S warriors which, with the Moyen-âge, were the support of the King, the Princes or the large Lords.
Except exception, all the Polish families which belonged to the even clan used/use the even blazon . The Polish original “ Herb ” refers to the Clan and the Coat of arms at the same time.
The Polish clan does not refer to consanguinity and the territoriality, like the Scottish Clan, but with the membership, (with the Middle Ages), with the same group of warriors (or knights). However, there are hundreds of the families different to the inside from the clan and all have the right to use the same coat of arms.
The Polish blazon has a proper name, generally derived from its old Cry war or its own drawing.
