Armin Rohde

Armin Rohde (born the April 4th 1955 in Gladbeck) is a German actor . Since 1984, it worked in some theaters with Bielefeld and Bochum, after formations in the schools Folkwangschule and the school for the clowns of Pierre Byland to Essen. He interpreted his first roles in the parts the Opera of quat' under ( Dreigroschenoper ) of Bertolt Brecht; Oedipus king of Sophocle and While waiting for Godot Samuel Beckett.

In 1992, he played a small role in the film Schtonk! of Helmut Dietl and the same year it became famous with its role in the film Kleine Haie of Sönke Wortmann. Since this role, it passes for the prototype of the “sympathetic prole”. He is married with the baroness Angela von Schilling since 1995. His/her little brother Uwe Rohde is also actor.
