Armand Hermann

Armand Hermann (1749-1795).

President of the revolutionary Tribunal on the proposal of Maximilien de Robespierre on March 10th, 1793, he is then Minister of Interior Department. After Thermidor 9 year II (July 27th, 1794), he is condemned to died like terrorist and guillotine on May 7th, 1795.
