Armand-Rene Soucanye

Armand-Rene Soucanye , baron of Landevoisin, born the July 30th 1780 with the Castle of Auvillers (Oise), of Rene Henri Soucanye de Landevoisin, bodyguard of the king, then colonel of cavalry (1735 - 1814) and of Elisabeth Porchon of the Willow plantation (1743 - 1838), military French.

Biography

It formed part under the orders of the general Charles Mathieu Isidore Decaen, of the Expédition of the Indies of 1803, took part in all the campaigns of the Empire, was 13 month captive in Siberia and was called in 1815 with the command of the legion of Oise become later the 30 {{E}} of Line. It made with the head of this regiment the countryside of Spain of 1823. Commander of the Legion of honor and knight of the order of Saint-Ferdinand, colonel de Landevoisin withdraws himself with Laval where he had married Blanche Duchemin of the Wood-of-Pine. He died chrétiennement in the castle of Auvillers. Its funeral took place with the Cathédrale of the Holy Trinity of Laval the January 25th 1864.
