Arm (Belgium)

Bras (in Walloon Brå-dlé-Libråmont ) is a section of the common Belgian of Libramont-Chevigny located in Walloon region in the Province of Luxembourg.

It was a commune with whole share before the fusion of the communes of 1977.

Arm was recreates in 1823 by the fusion of High-and-Low-Arm and Séviscourt. The old field of Arm was divided into two agencies of the department of Sambre-and-Meuse under the French mode, Arms-High and Arms-Low, which amalgamated in 1801 under the name of High-and-Low-Arm. Arm was then transferred in the province from Luxembourg after 1839.
