Argenteau (in Walloon Årdjetea ) is a section of the common Belgian of Visé located in Walloon region in the Province of Liege.

It was a commune with whole share before the fusion of the communes of 1977.

Argenteau is located at the western end of the Plateau of Herve, between the valley of the Meuse and the wooded small valley of the Julienne.
