Ardanabia

The Ardanabia ( Ardanabie , Ardanavie , Ardanavy , Ardanavia ) is a Rivière Basque Country French (Yrénées-Atlantiques).

Ardanabia means hole (water) in the vines in Basque.

Geography

Ardanabia is born in the moors from Hasparren.

It collects water of the reliefs located at the north of Hasparren and the south of Mouguerre.

Its higher course passes by the wood of Eguralde. It curves between Mouguerre and Briscous then circumvents Urcuit by the west before joining in the Adour with the foot of this village.
