Ardachîr II

Ardachîr II (also transcribed Ardašir II or Ardashir II) was an emperor Sassanide of Perse which reigned of 379 with 383. During the reign of his/her brother Shapur II, Ardachîr II was used as a king-governor as Adiabène where he persecuted the Christian . After death of Shapur II, and with more than seventy years, the large ones of the empire made him reach the Persan throne. Nothing is known of its reign.
