Aracaju

Aracaju is a city Brésil ienne, capital of the State of the Sergipe.

It is located on the Atlantic Littoral and is crossed by the rivers Sergipe and Poxim.

According to IBGE, the municipality counted: 505286 inhabitants in 2006. If one adds the populations of the cities forming the Grand Aracaju (Nossa Senhora C Socorro, Barra back Coqueiros, Laranjeiras and São Cristóvão), the agglomeration gathers approximately: 850000 people.
