Ar-Halba

King of Ougarit, it succeeds Niqmaddou II, his father, about 1340.

He chooses to join with a revolt fomented by the king of Qadesh against his suzerain, the king hittite Mursili II. This rebellion turns short, since it is quickly beaten by Hittites. In front of the rout, a revolt occurs in Ougarit: Ar-Halba is reversed by his/her brother Niqmepa, who subjects himself to Hittites.
