Practical
With Aqua Dances, it is a question of dancing in water at the rate/rhythm of the especially conceived music (Aqua Disco or Aqua Electro). Aqua Dance very appreciated by the young people but also by the adults. It is practiced like a simple gymnastics, thanks to the facility of the body to make movements in water.
Aqua Dance is made at the rate/rhythm music with or without equipment. However, it requires, for the organizer, of the average important materials to be practiced under good conditions and to avoid the accidents.
