Apyrétique

Medical term (of Latin apyretus , the Greek apuretos , puretos meaning fever) meaning: who is not accompanied by Fièvre. Thus a patient apyretic is a patient who does not have a fever.

This term is opposed to Fébrile, which is accompanied by fever.
