The apple tart is a variety of sweetened tart, furnished with apples.
The apples are cut of pieces or are prepared out of compote. The tart is furnished either with apples, or of compote, or of compote and apples. If it is supplemented by Flan and without compote, it will be said “to the Alsatian ”. It can be scented with the Nutmeg. It can be been used with a ball as ice cream vanilla or fresh cream.
An alternative of apple tart is the Tarte Tatin where the apples are caramelized and paste cooked above these last.
The apple tart is a Pâtisserie been useful in Dessert, cold or tepid.
