Apadravya

The drilling apadravya is a Piercing genital masculine. It consists of a stem (right Barbell) which crosses vertically the nipple of the Pénis. This one passes typically by the urethra although the not centered apadravyas are also possible.

Its horizontal equivalent is the Ampallang. The combination of a apadravya and a ampallang is sometimes called a magic Croix.

These perforations are supposed being described in Kama Sutra.

The apadravyas are generally bored in two sessions. The first consists in making a Prince Albert. The second finishes the apadravya.

This practice is not necessarily painful but must be practiced in surgical medium. It obliges with a very strict post-operative monitoring like at one period of abstinence of several weeks.
