Anzar

Anzar is in the Berber Mythologie the god of the sky and the rain (often called aguellid , i.e. “king”). A rite known under the name of Tislit N Anzar (“been engaged of Anzar”) was devoted to him in North Africa during the periods of dryness to make rain. This tradition was attested with the Rif, in Kabylie, in the Atlas, and the Aurès.
