Anund
Brøt-Anundr (in Vieux norrois of the east) or Braut-Önundr (Vieux norrois of the west), which means Anund the destructor , died in the neighborhoods of 640, was a legendary Swedish king of the line of Ynglingar. Its name could come from the proto-norrois * Anuwinduz , meaning “ancètre victorious”).
In its saga of Ynglingar , Snorri Sturluson tells how Anund succeeded his/her father Ingvar with the throne of Sweden. After the war of his/her father against the Viking S Danish and the Estonian Pirate S, peace reigned on Sweden. Anund was popular and became very rich, not only thanks to peace and with the abundant resources, but also because he avenged his father in Estonia.
