Antonius Primus

Antonius Primus was a Roman general , native of Toulouse, which was lieutenant of Vespasien.

It ensured the Empire Vespasien by its activity, and gained over the partisans of Vitellius the victory of Crémone in 69. With the genius of a large general, he united the talents of the speaker and the poet.

Supplanted by Mucien in the favor of Vespasien, it was withdrawn in its birthplace and died there far from the businesses and cultivating the letters.
