Antonio de Cabezón
Antonio de Cabezón (born in 1510 and dead the March 26th 1566) was a Organiste and Spanish Compositeur : he is regarded as most important of the 16th century for this country. He was blind of birth.
It is known that it accompanied the king Philippe II by Spain in England when this one returned visit to the queen Marie Ire of England.
Its works for the organ are among oldest which are written specifically for this instrument. A big number was preserved, and remains available in modern editions. It is especially famous for its Tiento S , parts concise and inspired, intended for a liturgical use.
