Antoine Omer Talon (1760 - 1811) was a French royalist and counter-revolutionary.
Under the Revolution
Antoine-Omer Talon, marquis of Boulay and Tremblay-the-Viscount, civil lieutenant to the châtelet in 1789 (1760-1811)
Civil lieutenant in Châtelet, it was in charge of the instruction of the lawsuit against the rioters having taken part in the Journées of the October 5th and 6th 1789 and that of Thomas de Mahy de Favras.
He was elected appointed with the General states and was allowed to sit at the constituent Assembly, the December 16th 1789; he replaced then the count François Dominique de Reynaud de Montlosier. He was a burning royalist, faithful support of monarchy: for the Court, it tried to corrupt certain influential revolutionists. It was most dedicated and more undertaking canvasser of the Court. After the Day of August 10th, 1792, he was issued of arrest, but could withdraw himself from research while hiding during a few months then ends up emigrating in America.
Under the Directory
Of return in France under the Directory, it became the liaison officer between the royalists of the interior and those of outside and the Court.
Under the Consulate and the First Empire
After the Coup d'etat of the 18 brumaire Year VIII (November 9th 1799), Napoleon Bonaparte ordered his arrest. Heel was sent to the island Holy-Marguerite. Reached insanity, it was released in 1807.
