Antoine Marie Charles Garnier

Antoine Marie Charles Garnier known as Garnier of the Paddle (born the September 7th 1742 with Troyes, Paddle - died the September 9th 1805 with Blaincourt, Paddle), was a Politician French whose career proceeded for the period of the Révolution.
