Antoine Guichenot

Antoine Guichenot or Guichenault is a Jardinier French born with Paris which took part in the forwarding towards the southern Lands that Nicolas Baudin at the beginning of the Havre ordered starting from October 19th, 1800. He is the only specialist in Botanique to have survived this Voyage of scientific exploration, and its name was given to the Pointe Guichenault.
