Antoine Coppola

Antoine Coppola is a Cinéaste and a Teacher-researcher French with the Université of Provence and the Korean National university of arts of Seoul.

Specialist in the Korean cinema, he is in particular the author of South Korean Cinéma: Confucianism with the avant-garde and the Asian cinema , published in the editions Harmattan respectively in 1996 and 2004. This author in general makes authority as regards Asian cinema and Korean in particular. On the French cinema, it published: " Introduction to the cinema of Guy Overflow " (Sulliver editions, 2003 and new increased edition of 2005)

He collaborated regularly in the panasiatic review Munwhakwahak . He is cultural chronicler for the review " Chosun Weekly " (Korea). He is also to advise with the " International Week of the Critic of the Cannes festival "
