Antoine Billot
Antoine Bertrand Billot (1961) is Universitaire, economist and writer French.
Biography
Born on August 2nd, 1961 with Dijon (Gold Coast), city in which its family is originating, Antoine Billot made his secondary studies with the liking of the assignments of his/her father, officer: with the College Pasteur (Caen, Apple-brandy), at the Institution of Providence (Laon, Aisne) and with the College Buffon (Paris 15). Then, it continues its higher learning at the Pantheon-Assas University (Paris 2) and at the University of Burgundy.
It is named research assistant at the University of Burgundy in 1984 then attending the Pantheon-Assas University in 1985. Holder of a doctorate of state into science-economic, it receives the bronze medal of CNRS (better enquiring young person) and becomes university lecturer at the Pantheon-Assas University in 1989. From 1990 to 1992, he is also operations manager at the Management of the Forecast of the Ministry for the Economy and from Finances, is received with the contest of aggregation of the universities in 1992 (row 2nd) and becomes thus professor of the universities at the University of Burgundy. Three years later, he is elected professor at the University the Pantheon-Assas, Paris 2. In 1998, it is named member junior of the Academic institute of France and, in 2001, research-fellow in Center off Operational REsearch with Leuwen-the-New (Belgium). Researcher with Paris-Science-Economic (School of saving in Paris), it teaches regularly abroad (Stockholm, Barcelona…) and each year takes part in the seminars of search for several foreign universities (Yale, Tel-Aviv…).
Its research topics are related to the mathematical economy, the Decision theory, the Game theory co-operative and, more generally, the modeling of nonprobabilistic uncertainty in micro-economics. Since 1987, it published approximately about fifty scientific articles and two works of theory: in 1987, fuzzy Preference and utility with the University Presses of France, and, in 1992, Economic Theory off Fuzzy Equilibrium, Year Axiomatic Analysis , at Springer-Verlag.
In 2003, following a meeting with the Psychoanalyst, Philosopher and writer, Jean-Bertrand Pontalis, Antoine Billot publishes in the collection " One and the autre" that J.B. Pontalis directs to the Editions Gallimard, the Distress of high Wittgenstein - a novel on the meeting of Ludwig Wittgenstein and Adolf Hitler, teenagers, in Linz. In the same collection, it then publishes, in 2004, the Share of absent the - an autobiographical account in connection with Bertrand, his brother died in 1958 in an car accident - and, in 2006, Mr Bovary - a novel designed like an attempt at rehabilitation of the character of Charles, the husband of Emma, in the famous novel of Gustave Flaubert, Mrs Bovary .
