Antiochos XII
Antiochos XII Dionysos is before last king of the dynasty of the Séleucides and reigns of 87 av . J. - C. approximately with 84 av . J. - C..
It is the fifth and the last wire of Antiochos VIII Gryphon and succeeds his brother Démétrios III, prisoner of the Parthes, in the kingdom that this one had been constituted in the south of the Syria around Damas. It is killed in a forwarding against the king of the Nabatéens Arétas. Following this failure, Nabatéens seize Damas.
