Antiagrégant

A plate antiagrégant or antiagrégant , is a member of a class of Médicament S which decreases plate aggregation and inhibits the formation of the Thrombus. The antiagrégants are effective in arterial circulation, where the Anticoagulant S have little effect. They are very much used in the primary and secondary prevention of the thrombotic cérébrovasculaires or cardiovascular diseases.

Examples

Most important of them are:
  • Inhibiting of the Cyclo-oxygénase
    • inhibiting aspirine
  • of the receivers of adenosine diphosphate (Thiénopyridine S)
  • inhibiting of the phosphodiestérase
    • Cilostazol
  • inhibiting of glycoprotéine IIB/IIIA (only intravenous use)
    • Abciximab (ReoPro)
    • Eptifibatide (Integrilin)
    • Tirofiban (Aggrastat)
  • Inhibiting of the re-use of adenosine
    • Dipyridamole (Persantine)
