A anti-tank missile is a Missile intended to destroy a tank. These missiles can be drawn:

History
The missiles anti-tank device make their appearance in the years 1950, before spreading in the following decade with the miniaturization of the guidance systems.
It was in 1955 that in service the 1st operational anti-tank missile entered, it acts of SS.10 French.
Like the rockets anti-tank device, their offensive load is a hollow-charge, they differ nevertheless rockets by their guidance in the course of flight and a phase from propulsion often longer. Typology
Many armies obtained this weapon, which is declined in several types:

Envisaged to be declined in 2 versions (average and long range), it was to equip respectively with the terrestrial vehicles and the helicopter Tigre with EADS. Today (August 2006) only version PARS3 LR ( Long Arranges or Lange Reichweite ) was ordered by BWB with the consortium joining together MBDA and German company DBD (Diehl BGT Defense).
